- Ability to liaise with the Aged Care Assessment team
- Referrals to community services
- Referrals to Rehabilitation programs, both inpatient or outpatient.
- Falls education
- Dietary education
- Continence management.
Palliative Care
We have comfortable overnight accommodation for visitors wishing to spend time with their loved ones.
Visiting hours are unlimited.
A kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, private balcony, private sitting and sleeping areas are available.
