As the safety of our patients and staff remains our highest priority, we continue to maintain strict safety protocols on site, including physical distancing, hand hygiene and wearing of masks.
In light of the current COVID outbreak, from 5pm on the 5th of August 2021, we are no longer able to permit visitors into our hospital until further notice. Limited exceptions apply, including compassionate grounds.
Permitted visitors must not have travelled to a COVID-19 hotspot, been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person, or be unwell.
If you have visited an exposure venue, please contact the hospital for further advice. If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, please contact the hospital.

Free car parking is available on-site for doctors, patients and visitors.
A regular bus service is available at the main entry of the hospital. Newcastle buses route 106/107 run hourly to and from Newcastle.
Koala Cafe is open from 8am to 2pm Monday - Friday offering tea, coffee and light meals.
There are a variety of accommodation options available in close proximity to the Hospital, and our reception staff will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
